Planned all your décor details but need someone to bring them to life on the day? Our Setup Coordination package is designed to take that stress off your shoulders—and off your family and friends. With a deep love for detail and a trained eye for design, we’ll thoughtfully place each element to reflect your vision and enhance the atmosphere. If your day includes moving parts—like transitioning décor from ceremony to reception—we’ll handle that too, ensuring everything flows seamlessly. From delivery to setup, we take care of it all so your space feels polished, personal, and beautifully complete.
When you book our Setup Coordination package, you also have the option to include our Take Down services—so you can end your celebration without the stress of cleanup. After the final toast and last dance, we’ll return to carefully pack up your personal décor items, signage, and any other elements we helped set up. With the same attention to detail and care we bring to installation, we’ll ensure everything is organized and ready for transport, giving you and your loved ones the freedom to simply enjoy the close of your day.
