DAY-OF WEDDING COORDINATION

Day-of coordination is designed for the couple that shares the same beliefs as us in that they do not want themselves, nor their friends and family to work on the wedding day. Flowerella Event Florals and Coordination takes over the responsibilities of executing the wedding day timeline allowing for a more relaxed wedding week and full enjoyment of their special day. We will act as your event manager to ensure your timeline is executed with perfection. Our involvement begins over a month before your wedding day and includes the following:

FULL DAY SERVICE COORDINATION

Our Full-Day Coordination package is designed for couples who have more moving parts to their wedding day and want comprehensive support from start to finish. If you’re incorporating personal décor items, expecting multiple vendor arrivals, or simply want peace of mind knowing every detail is being handled, this package is for you. We’ll oversee and assist with setup, manage the flow of the day, and ensure your floor plan and timeline are executed seamlessly. From welcoming guests to guiding the ceremony and managing the reception through the main formalities, we’re there to keep everything running smoothly so you can stay present and enjoy every moment.

HALF-DAY-OF WEDDING COORDINATION

Our Half-Day Coordination package is ideal for couples who want focused support on the most important parts of their wedding day. If you’re primarily concerned with ensuring your setup is finalized, your floor plan is executed properly, and your ceremony and reception begin smoothly, this package offers just the right amount of coverage. We’ll be on-site to manage vendor arrivals, guide the ceremony flow, and coordinate the transition into your reception—so you can relax and enjoy the moment, knowing you and your guests are in trusted hands.

BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DAY

• Planning questionnaire to kick off the process and gather key details
• Customized schedule of events for your ceremony and reception
• Creation of a fully detailed, finalized wedding day itinerary
• Vendor recommendations tailored to your style and needs
• Final itinerary emailed to all vendors and venue contacts for seamless coordination
• Two-hour meeting with your consultant over a month before the wedding to finalize all details
• Ceremony outline to guide the flow and formalities
• Unlimited phone and email support leading up to the wedding day
• Floor plan suggestions to optimize flow, guest experience, and design

DURING YOUR WEDDING

• Coordinator and assistant on-site from pre-ceremony through reception (up to 5 consecutive hours)
• Execution of timeline and active communication with vendors and venue staff throughout the day
• Assistance to the MC with all formal announcements
• Coordination with DJ for all formality cues
• Setup of personal décor and stationery items
• Emergency wedding day kit available on-site
• Management of vendor arrivals and setup
• Oversight of final setup and floor plan to ensure planning is executed as envisioned

SET UP COORDINATION

Planned all your décor details but need someone to bring them to life on the day? Our Setup Coordination package is designed to take that stress off your shoulders—and off your family and friends. With a deep love for detail and a trained eye for design, we’ll thoughtfully place each element to reflect your vision and enhance the atmosphere. If your day includes moving parts—like transitioning décor from ceremony to reception—we’ll handle that too, ensuring everything flows seamlessly. From delivery to setup, we take care of it all so your space feels polished, personal, and beautifully complete.

When you book our Setup Coordination package, you also have the option to include our Take Down services—so you can end your celebration without the stress of cleanup. After the final toast and last dance, we’ll return to carefully pack up your personal décor items, signage, and any other elements we helped set up. With the same attention to detail and care we bring to installation, we’ll ensure everything is organized and ready for transport, giving you and your loved ones the freedom to simply enjoy the close of your day.
